- Fitta Bodies Outdoor Cross Trainas has been running in Centennial Park since 2007.
- Fitta Bodies Personal training has been operating since 2001.
- The person who owns the company runs the group, you don't have any inexperienced trainers following someone elses orders.
- All workouts are planned around getting you results, not planned around gimmicks that make the trainers look interesting
to passers by.
- Most other groups only operate 2 or 3 days per week, which means you have to either find the motivation to train on your
own on the other days, or only get 2 - 3 training session in per week. If you happen to miss one of the scheduled workouts,
you are now down to 1 or 2 workouts per week! (not enough for serious results!)
- Our training group runs 5 days per week. Come to as many of those sessions as you like. If you miss a day, you don't
have to feel guilty because you can make it up tomorrow!
- I am not ex-military and I don't yell orders at you. I am a professional highly qualified personal trainer registered at the highest awarded level with
Fitness Australia.
- My goal is to get you to the fittest, leanest and healthiest you can be!
